Cancelling a bicycle locker

You can cancel your bicycle locker season ticket by sending us the key to the bicycle locker and a completed refund form by post.

Cancelling a bicycle locker season ticket

  1. Tape the bicycle locker key to a strong backing material.
  2. Download the bicycle locker reimbursement form.
  3. Print, complete and sign the form.
  4. Send the bicycle locker key and the completed form to: NS Fiets BV, Cancellation Department, PO Box 2572, 3500 GN Utrecht.

Receiving your season ticket refund

When you cancel your season ticket, you will be refunded the remaining amount. You will receive this amount in your bank account within six weeks after cancelling the season ticket.
